On October 18th, 2025, DNP SHIPPING organized our annual team-building event with an exciting and educational field trip to GEMALINK Deep-Sea Port and GEMADEPT Song Than Bonded Warehouse. This activity was designed not only to strengthen team spirit but also to enhance our understanding of Vietnam’s leading logistics and port operations.

During the visit, our team had the opportunity to explore GEMALINK Deep-Sea Port — recognized as one of the Top 19 commercial ports in the world capable of receiving the largest vessels today. We were impressed by the port’s modern infrastructure and advanced automation systems.

GEMALINK’s fully electric E-RTGs provide semi-automated operation integrated with Automatic Load Control (ALC) technology and a smart control cabin using the DGPS system, all synchronized with CATOS, a state-of-the-art port management software. The port is equipped with a full range of modern machinery, including: Barge, Container forklifts and empty container handlers, Tire cranes (E-RTG), Shore cranes (FCC), …

This hands-on experience gave our team valuable insights into how GEMALINK is leading the way in green port technology and smart logistics management, contributing significantly to Vietnam’s maritime and trade development.

In addition, we visited the GEMADEPT Song Than Bonded Warehouse in Binh Duong – a pioneering unit in bonded warehouse services. GEMADEPT Song Than is well-known for providing efficient and compliant warehousing solutions for import-export enterprises in Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City.

Through this meaningful trip, DNP SHIPPING not only strengthened internal connections but also deepened our professional knowledge about port operations, bonded warehousing, and sustainable logistics development in Vietnam.
