1. Job Summary
DNP Shipping is seeking a proactive Logistics Operations Staff (Giao Build) to manage and coordinate day-to-day shipping activities. You will be responsible for handling international freight documentation, arranging transportation, and ensuring seamless customs clearance for import/export shipments.
2. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate pickup and delivery of cargo via sea and air freight.

Prepare and verify all shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Customs Declaration).

Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and clients to track shipments and provide real-time updates.

Assist in customs clearance procedures and resolve any issues with local authorities.

Monitor costs and recommend solutions for efficiency and cost savings.

Support warehouse operations when needed, ensuring accurate inventory and safe handling of goods.
3. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.

1+ year of experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, or logistics operations (fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome).

Good knowledge of international shipping regulations and Incoterms.

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of logistics software is a plus.

Languages: Vietnamese (fluent) and English (working proficiency).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
